Neuroscience research
Neuropeptide analogs and peptide-derived compounds used in preclinical neuroscience.
ACTH and tuftsin analogs
Semax is a synthetic heptapeptide built from the ACTH(4-7) fragment extended with a Pro-Gly-Pro sequence that slows enzymatic breakdown. Selank applies the same Pro-Gly-Pro extension to tuftsin, an immunomodulatory tetrapeptide. Both were developed in Russia and are studied in preclinical models.
Short regulatory peptides
Pinealon is the tripeptide Glu-Asp-Arg. Our VOCUS blend combines Selank, Semax and Pinealon in a single aqueous formulation for comparative studies.
Peptide-derived small molecules
Dihexa (PNB-0408) is a modified oligopeptide derived from angiotensin IV and studied for its interaction with the hepatocyte growth factor and c-Met system.
