Products and use
Can I use these products on myself or give them to someone else?
No. Everything we sell is for in vitro laboratory research only. Our products are not approved for human or animal use, and orders that indicate personal use are cancelled.
Do you give dosing or preparation instructions?
No. We do not provide dosing, administration or preparation guidance for people or animals, and our support team will not answer those questions.
What does lyophilized mean?
Lyophilized means freeze-dried. Water is removed under vacuum at low temperature, leaving a stable powder that stores well when kept sealed, dry and cold.
What is the difference between the vial and liquid versions of a compound?
Vials contain lyophilized powder. Liquids are supplied as pre-formulated aqueous solutions. Each is listed separately in the catalog with its own specifications.

Where do I find the certificate of analysis?
On the product page for the current lot, and through the COA library. Match the lot number on the certificate to the label on your vial.
Can I get a COA for an older lot?
Yes. Contact us with the product name and lot number.
Ordering and account
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. You must be 21 or older to order.
How do I track my order?
Sign in to your account and open Orders. Each order shows its status, and tracking details are added once it ships.
